Exchange and Returns

You may return Products to us for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are in perfect condition.

To exchange or return an item, please email sales@willowhomeliving.com.au with your order details and we will issue you with a Return Number along with details of the return address. 

Exchange: Pay the shipping cost to get the products back to us and we will cover the cost of sending the new products to you. Please note: this is for your first exchange only, standard shipping cost will apply for subsequent exchanges.

Return: Products must be returned at your own cost, with a dispatch note stating our original invoice number and Return Number. The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error. 

Once we have received the returned Products, we will notify you via email of your exchange or refund entitlement within 5 business days.
